Great management companies and property managers are created not birthed. It has been by much determinations, focus and enthusiasm that in the past 22 years, I have learned as a property manager what sets me apart, in success, from the rest of the industries managers and business owners.
I’ve learned to rely on the goodwill and hard work of those employed by me and not on authority, believing that there is no such thing as constructive criticism, but rather freely awarding positive affirmation. Empowering my team members to do their very best each and every day, sharing the credit by replacing the blame and working together for one common goal to execute our respective duties allowing us to make a difference in today’s business.
Many in our industry believe in reaping short term rewards at the expense of long term loyalty and morale, I believe in long term sense of rewards by making short term sacrifices to provide long term gains, setting my managerial skills in motion for exceedingly and exceptional property management and business achievement. Believing in long term management, I recognize the value of taking the time in essence to explain to Board Members, homeowners, vendors and staff members what it takes to build trust with individuals involved with the day to day of Associations, providing training and lasting relationships. All of which result in a kind of team performance and loyalty that the short term manager almost certainly never believes possible. We are proud corporate sponsors to many local youth programs and sports teams, and consider it a privilege to be members of the Winter Springs/Oviedo Chamber of Commerce and the CAI. At Community Management Specialists, Inc. we take these venues as a serious and intricate part of our business world.
Since conception in 2003, Community Management Specialists, Inc. has reached many milestones. I met my business and life partner, Angela Davis in 2006 and together we have morphed the company into what it is today, reaching and managing all Central Florida Counties to include Seminole, Orange, Volusia, Lake and Polk County to mention a few. Recognition as a recipient to “TOP 25 Manger of the Year” in North America several years in a row and the 2017 purchase, re-construction and flipping of one of Oviedo’s oldest building adding a new and fresh curb-appeal to the city.

This is my personal mission statement and the motto my company and staff follows on a daily basis. I firmly believe that the price of success is hard work, dedication to the task at hand and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the bests of ourselves to the job at hand. Success is no accident; it is diligence, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, the love and respect for what you are doing in life.
